Premium Series Radiant Essence

The deep purple ink glistens on the paper, and only after it dries do you see the golden sheen rising from the edges of the strokes, like the lingering glow of a crown pressed onto the paper. The Premium series Sheen requires a wider nib and paper with low ink absorption (such as Tomoe River paper) to fully appreciate this sheen; it's not noticeable when writing notes, so it's best saved for a page you want to write on slowly.

The effect of sheen may vary depending on the pen type. If the flow is poor, you can add one or two drops of pure water to the nib.
