site conditions

• Maximum capacity: 14+1 (8 tables, 15 chairs)
• Equipment: Single-gun projector (with HDMI cable, remote control), hanging screen, mobile phone tripod, air conditioner

Rental rules

• Each person/three hours is one unit, and 30 minutes overtime will be counted as the second unit
• 100 yuan per unit on weekdays, 120 yuan per unit on weekends and national holidays, with a minimum consumption of 500 yuan, and there are discounts for full-day/booked reservations.
• The site needs to be restored after renting. Please take away large garbage.
• Eating and drinking is allowed in the venue, but if there is any damage, please deal with it yourself within the time limit.
• If there is any large scale dirt or damage to tables, chairs or the venue, compensation will be paid according to the price.
• For weekend/large-scale event reservations, please confirm the time at least two weeks in advance and pay the full amount. No refund will be issued if canceled within seven days of the reservation.
• If there are no events, temporary reservations will be provided on the same day.
• If the scheduled activity time is outside the business hours, please confirm and inquire in advance
