Collection and Design Description

The Jinfan vase, made in the seventh year of Emperor Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty, is 12.4 cm high, 3.5 cm in diameter, and 4.5 cm in bottom diameter.
Straight mouth, long neck, round belly, ring foot. The Qing court called this type of bottle with a slightly wide and long neck a paper hammer bottle.
The outer wall of the vessel is covered with cobalt blue glaze, and the decoration is made of gold and silver. The rim and shoulder are decorated with a circular pattern, and the neck and belly are painted with lotus flowers.
The bottom edge and the foot ring are decorated with lotus petals and curling grass patterns. The rim and the bottom of the foot are all decorated with gold edges. The body is thin and white, and the inside and bottom of the vessel are all covered with white glaze.
The bottom is inscribed with six characters in three lines of blue and white seal script: "Made in the Qianlong Period of the Qing Dynasty."
