Customized engraving fountain pen service

We are a physical pen store in Taiwan, not a gift wholesaler.

We accept corporate orders because engraved pens are one of the easiest gifts to give, but also one of the easiest to give carelessly. If you choose the wrong one, the engraving is pointless. If you choose the right one, the pen will remain on your desk for years. Our job is to help you choose the second option.

Custom lettering

Engraving is done on the pen body; you can choose the location and font, including Chinese, English, full name, abbreviations, dates, and job titles—all can be discussed. The engraving content will be based on the text you provide. After engraving, we will send you a photo via LINE to confirm the finished product before shipping.

Welcome Ceremony
On their first day, newlyweds receive a pen engraved with their name; that feels special. Some companies also offer a batch of uniform welcome gifts with the company logo and the employee's name; we've accepted those too.

Promotion Commemoration
People who get promoted don't remember many gifts, but a pen engraved with their title and the date is one of them.

Department Farewell | Transfer and Departure
The mood on this occasion is different from retirement. Retirement is the end, while a job transfer is the beginning. A colleague is going to another place, and the gift everyone contributes expresses "It's fine wherever you go." The engraving often includes more than just a name; it might include a sentence or an abbreviation that only the department understands. We're used to handling these kinds of details.

We also take on large projects. We discuss the budget and design first, and each pen is engraved individually, without any ambiguity.

We also accept split orders where colleagues in the department order together and each person engraves their own name.

Customized inks

For larger corporate clients, we can discuss collaborating with ink manufacturers to create brand-exclusive colors, paired with custom bottle designs, to be given as corporate gifts along with engraved fountain pens. The industry standard for custom ink orders is generally 300 bottles, but we offer Taiwanese companies a discount to produce up to 50 bottles. Lead time is longer; details will be discussed during the consultation process.

Delivery time and expedited service

For engraving orders, a single piece typically takes 7 working days to process; for bulk orders of 50 pieces or more, it is recommended to allow three weeks.

Whether it's a single item or a large quantity, urgent orders can be expedited for a fee starting from 350 yuan (courier service fee). The actual delivery time will be confirmed separately.
