What I want to introduce to you today is the latest pearlescent ink published by PR, a well-established American ink company. PR is the abbreviation of Private Reserve. The brand is best known for its jam bottle-like packaging and rich colors.
The pearlescent ink published this time comes in six colors, namely black, red, blue, purple, orange and blue-green. This time, I also use pearlescent instead of glitter, because it feels like a metallic marker and can even be written on black paper.

It's worth noting that PR's ink tone differs from previous brands; its ink is more fluid. This provides another option for flexible nibs, and the pearlescent effect allows for better and more even application. However, it might not be as resistant to ink on regular paper, so it's recommended to use paper with higher ink resistance.
The clogging part needs to be clarified here again. The definition of clogging is: even after cleaning, there is still something stuck in the pen tongue, causing ink to not flow smoothly.
If the glitter ink clogs the pen, you can first dip the pen tip in some water or rinse it under the faucet. As long as the excess powder on the pen tip is washed away or the amount of ink in the pen tip is increased, you can write normally. . Even though this pearlescent powder is abundant, it will not clog the pen. (The test used red pearlescent light with the OPUS 88 OMAR B tip, and poured about 2ml. After using it for about a month, there was no clogging of the pen)
Finally, I would like to remind everyone that pens filled with glitter ink are recommended to have three conditions: 1. Good air tightness, 2. Large ink output, 3. It is best to remove the pen tip for cleaning, and use it with the glitter powder we have tested!
